- Designed the technical spec for a multi-channel FPX integration, including an idempotency check to prevent duplicate checkout payments.
- Built a workaround for the partner's delayed callbacks to prevent payment-status mismatches.
- Delivered new Ewallet channel integrations end-to-end across 4 wallets in Thaland and 5 wallets in Vietnam, coordinating requirements directly with 2 payment partners.

- Built PayLater support for ShopeePay and Grabpay, including a GrabPay merchant-configurable option to enable/disable PayLater visibility.
- Designed a notification workaround to close a tracking gap for channel-activation submissions in a newly launched country, using Slack notifications backed by the Google Drive/Sheets APIs.
- Used Redis locks to prevent duplicate file creation under concurrent submissions.
- Built an integration bridging KYC renewal and channel activation, enforcing valid KYC before a merchant could submit a channel application.
- Eliminated a manual ops process where staff had to check KYC status and chase merchants for resubmission by hand.
